Although we love animals, there is no pets allowed at Cottage Avery Point.

2) Is the water drinkable?

Yes. The indoor water is drinkable. There is also a Brita water filter pitcher in the fridge.

3) How many parking spots are there?

You can comfortably park 5 vehicles on the driveway.

4) Can we swim in the lake?

Yes. You can swim in in the lake at the front of the cottage.

5) Is there a grocery store nearby?

Yes.
You can get to the town of Brechin in a 16 minute drive.
You can also get to Orillia in a 25 minute drive.

6) Is there gas stations close by?

Yes.
There is a gas stations in Brechin and Orillia.
